CUSTOMIZED POLE : 1. Assembly type of Pole from Rectangular Hollow Sections
2. Assembly type of Pole from Cicrcular Hollow Sections for Hill ares.
3. Taj Pol (10.0Mtr. long bend pole in signal section)
4. Swan type Pole.
5. Any size of Swan type Steel Tubular Pole made from NB 25mm to NB
150mm pipe.

LENGTH : 2.5 m -16 m as per Customer Requirement.

FEATURES

  • Vertically free fall from 2 mtrs. Height for 3 time. The pole shall not show telescoping & loosing at joints.
  • The Pole shall be loaded as a cantilever, and the appropriate deflection load (as per table) at the right angles to the axis of pole.
  • The temporary deflection due to the applied load at the point of
    application shall not exceed 157.5mm.
  • Test shall be done as per designation standard table and maximum deviation exceed 13 mm.
  • Pole are hot dip galvanized and minimum Zinc coating thickness 65µ/86µ or as per requirement.
  • Painted with black bituminous paint up to planting depth and remaining portion painted with red oxide primer.
  • Bending of Circular Hollow Section up to 168.3 mm of Outside Diameter.
  • Any kind of Decorating Brackets for Lighting Fixtures.

 Note  2 — Before making a section of pole it is necessary to assume a suitable factor of safety which has to be applied on breaking load or the cripping load of the pole as the case may be depending on the relevant electricity rules to obatin the working load of the pole.
                      Value of working load of the poles  with a factor of safety 2 on cripping load and factor 2.5 on breaking load are both given in Table 2 for information. The user will have to calculate the working loads if different factor of safety other than those stated above are applied.
